Microvision Kenya · UI/UX case study
A bridging-finance experience designed to help clients request finance, upload documents, track approvals, and stay connected with their attorneys.
01 · Project overview
Transbridj is a fintech platform offering bridging finance solutions for property transfers. Working with the Product Manager, CEO, and cross-functional teams in South Africa while working remotely from Kenya, I designed the platform from the ground up.
Mobile app, web dashboard, and CRM system. This case study focuses on the mobile experience and the flows that make a request understandable from first sign-in to final tracking.
02 · The challenge
Clients needed a fast, transparent way to request bridging finance, upload documents, and track status without constant follow-ups. Attorneys needed a central tool for approvals and property verification.
03 · Research & discovery
Research combined stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry into offline loan-processing workflows, and competitor analysis across property-finance and legal-service platforms.
Need a clear request, simple document steps, and confidence that progress is visible.
Need bulk approval tools, property verification, and efficient client communication.
Need a structured system for tracking leads and onboarding new agents and attorneys.
Users disliked re-entering personal and property details for repeat requests, so the mobile experience treats saved information and status visibility as first-class features.
04 · Mobile experience
The mobile app turns a high-stakes finance process into a series of legible, focused moments: sign in, understand your position, make a request, and track what happens next.

05 · Secure access
Authentication and recovery are designed as a continuous, reassuring path rather than a series of disconnected forms.

06 · Mobile dashboard
The dashboard gives clients an immediate read on active requests, properties, approved amounts, disbursements, interest, and recent property activity.

Approved, disbursed, and accrued amounts are separated into simple, scannable cards.
Recent requests keep key property details close to the action, with a direct route to view or track.
Dashboard, wallet, and profile stay visible so users can return to the right task quickly.
07 · Request tracking
Tracking screens turn an opaque process into a sequence clients can understand, revisit, and discuss with their attorneys.

08 · Communication & trust
Profiles and chat support the human side of property finance, giving clients a clear identity, a place to manage their details, and a direct channel for questions.

09 · Outcome
Transbridj demonstrates how a mobile-first product can make a complicated property-finance workflow feel more transparent, more measurable, and easier to move through. The wider web and CRM systems extended the same structure to attorneys, administrators, and partners.
Every screen works toward the same promise: less chasing, clearer decisions, and more confidence for everyone involved.
